Now,G has a wonderful dynamic sadhu as its Mahant - HH Sri Krushna Gopal Maharaj. He has by of more than 80 rooms with attached bathrooms, and renovated much of the buildings.
He has also recently installed life sized Ashta Dhatu Murti of Lord Caitanya inside His Room, Gambhira. It is exquisitely beautiful....a reflection of Maharaja's sincere devotion, imho. Hare Krishna!
